Terms of sale

English courtesy summary — the legally binding version is the French one. Sales are processed by Paddle as merchant of record; Paddle's own buyer terms also apply at checkout.

The essentials

• Product: Lexio Pro subscription — unlimited AI rewrites, fully local offline mode, advanced features. One license key = one PC at a time; multi-seat available.
• Price: €4/month or €36/year per seat. Prices shown on the Pro page.
• Billing & invoices: handled by Paddle (merchant of record). Invoices are provided.
• Cancellation: anytime, from your account or the subscription portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period, then the app returns to the free plan.
• Refunds: if something goes wrong within 14 days of purchase, contact us — we refund.
• Withdrawal right (EU): by activating the subscription immediately, you consent to immediate performance; statutory withdrawal conditions are detailed in the French version.
