  1. Run the installer

    Open the downloaded Lexio-Setup.exe and follow the wizard. No technical options.

  2. Windows warns you?

    Click “More info”, then “Run anyway” — the standard warning for recent applications.

  3. Press Ctrl+Alt+W

    Lexio lives in your taskbar. Select some text, press the shortcut, and rewrite.

“Windows protected your PC”? Don't worry. This screen (SmartScreen) appears for any application that isn't widely distributed yet, signed or not. Click More info, then Run anyway. The warning fades as Lexio builds reputation with Microsoft.

Lexio sets no cookies and collects no personal data. In cloud mode, your sensitive data is masked before sending; in local mode (Pro), your text never leaves your PC.
